DeepStride is a student-developed research prototype. It is designed for wellness tracking and academic research purposes only and is not a certified medical device.

The information provided by DeepStride does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or databases
• Do not exploit vulnerabilities or security weaknesses
• Do not misuse or redistribute data from the platform

5. Security & Vulnerability Testing

The DeepStride team conducts controlled security testing to improve system safety. Unauthorized penetration testing or attacks are strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All website design, branding, dashboard interface, and code structure are property of the DeepStride project team unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for inaccurate health readings, technical interruptions, data loss, or decisions made based on wellness data provided by the system.

8. Third-Party Services

This platform uses Google Firebase for hosting and Hostinger for domain services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or service disruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if misuse, abuse, or security threats are detected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the project evolves.
